S.T.E.M Unlimited
At Stem Unlimited, our mission is to empower students to become leaders in their respective fields. We are dedicated to providing resources and support to students who want to pursue a career in STEM. Our Founder noticed there was a major issue once she and other undergraduate students finished college. It was so difficult to land entry-level jobs. Most companies told her she had no experience.
Experience?! I know right. This was confusing because when your finishing school you typically don't have hands-on experience. She created Stem Unlimited to help high school and undergrad students with future opportunities and also mental health after undergrad. We strive to bridge the gap between students and entry-level job opportunities by providing access to mentorship, networking, and resources. We are committed to providing students with the necessary tools to achieve their career goals and make a lasting impact in their chosen fields.
Stem Unlimited also plans to create a space to expand the cosmetic science field into academia because this field is the less covered field with only a few programs nationally. Our Stem Unlimited Global Impact will help students globally prepare for the future in this billion-dollar industry.
Mission
The mission of the STEM Unlimited is to prepare students to function in a professional setting that will implement high-quality method development and instrumentation training. Students will learn to analyze data and prepare reports in a wide area of expertise, with a focus on expanding the cosmetic science industry globally starting from America and Africa. This effort will be called STEM Unlimited Global Impact. STEM Unlimited program is consistent with the missions of Zenistry Labs and University Institutions by focusing on an emerging area to which graduates will be able to contribute their learning experience and faculty/staff will be able to pursue new directions of scholarships, internships, and career pathways for the students.
Vision
We envision a world where every student has the opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge, they need to succeed in STEM careers, and where the cosmetic science industry is more diverse and inclusive. We believe that by offering hands-on learning experiences and internship opportunities, we can empower the next generation of leaders and create a brighter future for all. Our slogan “I AM UNLIMITED” will represent an organization that shows our S.T.E.M impact means successful, talent, excellence and Motivational.
